Scuderia Villorba Corse can not wait to get back on track in the 2015 International GT Open after the summer break. The next two races will be held over the weekend of September 6 in Belgium at Spa. Italian squad led by Raimondo Amadio will enter the fifth round of the series organized by the GT Sport of Jesus Pareja with their race drivers Alessandro Balzan and Nicola Benucci. Behind the wheel of their powerful Ferrari 458 GT3 the Villorba pair will face a particularly challenging round on the most demanding track of them all. After five podiums (one win among them) out of eight races, first goal will be to get confirmed among the major contenders fighting at the top of the standings to leave behind the misfortune occurred in race-2 at Zeltweg. Fifth GT Open round kicks off with two free practice sessions on Friday. Two qualifying sessions are scheduled on Saturday at 9:00hrs and 11.40hrs while the 70-minute race-1 will start at 15:55hrs. Sixty-minute race-2 is to be held on Sunday at 13:55hrs. Both races will be broadcasted live on www.gtopen.net (clicking on WEB TV) and, live and/or deferred, on several international TV channels, pan-European Motors TV included.
