The 6 hours of Estoril will mark the end of the 2013 V de V Endurance Series.
Endurance GT/Tourisme
In the GT class, IMSA Performance Matmut has already clinched the title with Pascal Gibon and Jean-Philippe Belloc. The fight for a podium finish for the title will be between the Visiom Ferrari 458 GT2 of Jean-Paul Pagny,Thierry Perrier and Jean-Bernard Bouvet against François Perrodo, Sébastien Crubilé and Emmanuel Collard on their Porsche 911 GT3-R of Crubile Sport.
The last race of the year will see the return of several top flight teams with Eric Mouez and David Loger as well as the Martins family. Both Almeras Porsches driven by the hot shoes of Matthieu Vaxivière and Franck Perera will join the battle. Also the presence of the Bottemanne family linked with Jean-Paul Buffin and their Lafargue father and son combination onboard the Porsche 911 GT3-R of Ruffier Racing. The quality of the grid will certainly deliver an intense battle for the final championship podium.

Norma is not giving up on the title!
Three teams are still fighting for the 2013 title; the Norma n°40 of team Palmyr driven by former champions Philippe Mondolot and David Zollinger. Only seven points behind sits the team of TFT Associe of Vincent Capillaire, Frédéric Gelin and William Cavailhes on a Norma. Another championship contender is Thomas Accary the 2012 champion with teammates Damien Delafosse and Luc Paillard on the CD Sport Norma.
Other teams who have a shot at troubling the order are the 3 other Norma of CD Sport driven by Dhouailly/Kirchdoerffer/Beraud, Dannielou/Pialat, Bole-Besançon/Taittinger and Findlay. On the Tatuus side, following a good result in Magny-Cours, the n°12 of Merchan/Maïsano and the Extreme Limite of Poirier/Roussel will all be a threat. On the Ligier side, OAK Racing will be present with two cars, the n°15 of Olivier Pla and Yann Zimmer and the n°24 of father and son Nicolet with Guy Lacroix.
A nice grid of over 30 prototypes battling for 6 hours and the championship will put on a great show in Estoril this weekend.
