The news will not come as a surprise, given what seen during the winter, but it has now been made official: Miguel Ramos and Roldán Rodríguez will drive one of the BMW M6 GT3 of Teo Martín Motorsport. The Iberian pair will be along Fernando Monje-Gustavo Yacamán.
Ramos, the successful GT driver from Portugal and current GT Open reigning co-champion, declared: “I am very happy to continue with Teo Martín and be involved in this new project with the BMW M6. The objective is to retain the title.”
Roldán Rodríguez resumes his career at 27 after stopping in 2009, when he achieved F.1 tester status for Spyker after winning races in GP2. The Spaniard commented: “I was wishing to return to Racing. Those last years, I have been busy in completely different areas and that has been very beneficial for my personal growth. I come back with very high aspirations.”
