Motived by good results in the season 2015 in the Blancpain Series Sprint, and occupying the second position in the dispute among teams, with 71 points, the BMW Team Brasil arrives this weekend (June 5th – 7th) in Zolder (Bel) optimistic for keep this writing. While acknowledging that the Belgian racetrack does not have characteristics as so much favorable to the BMW Z4 model, the Brazilian team hopes to surprise and get good results with their duos. Valdeno Brito and Átila Abreu will debut in Belgium racetrack.

Driver´s Quotes:
Cacá Bueno, BMW Z4 #0
“Although we are evolving in the Sprint series, Zolder is a track that does not favor the BMW cars and therefore we are likely to continue having some difficulties. I believe that is not possible to think in a victory, but we will fight to be among on the top-5 and thus add good points for the championship”.

Sérgio Jimenez, BMW Z4 #0
“Last year, we raced very well at Zolder. If not for the accident in the first race, when we were in fifth, we could fight for the podium. In the second race, because of the accident, we dropped far behind, but come recovering, and with a good pace. I believe we can surprise in Zolder and again to be competitive. The goal is the podium, but we know it will not be easy. This is a racetrack where other cars, such as the McLaren, should perform well, because the circuit requires much traction. But we focused on our goal”.

Valdeno Brito, BMW Z4 #77
“I don´t know the racetrack, but I studied a bit by the on-board videos. From what I saw the track is not very long, and it seems that has no long straights, and maybe that’s good for us. Let’s make the most of practices to adapt to the track. I’m excited, as usual. Let us all out to try to score well and keep us in a good position in the championship. I believe that the team already has a basic setup for this track and in the Sprint Series we have more chances, so we are hopeful of a good result”.

Átila Abreu, BMW Z4 #77
“This is another track on the calendar that I don´t know. The Valdeno also doesn´t know, and will be a more difficult start for us. But we intend to use well the little track time to be competitive since the start. Moreover, the Cacá and Jimenez who already know Zolder, it sure is a good reference for us. I think both cars are going well, and I believe we have good conditions to fight for the podium. Maybe it’s the time the Brazilian win´s”.
