Oasis Motorsport plans to enter a Ferrari F430 Cup (subject to the new regulations) in the newly created GTC class. After a sabattical in 2011 due to the cancelation of the series it had entered, the team will return in 2012, focusing on GT racing.

Oasis Motorsport long-term strategy is oriented towards the Le Mans series. It is the ideal platform for us to grow as a team within Sports and GT Racing, supported by the know-how and prestige of the organisers as well as the spectacularity and quality of its racing.

The new GTC class creates the ideal opportunity since it is a new class, meaning that all teams will be given the same opportunity to be competitive. The fact that the ELMS will race in Portugal at the Algarve adds some motivation to our project and is a factor in the decision to contest the Series.

Although Oasis Motorsport has only been racing since 2008, it has had a very successful presence in Racing, always being contenders for the championships it has contested. Therefore, our aim clearly is to win races and fight for the title in the ELMS GTC Class. Some drivers have already shown interest in our program and a second car is still a possibility.
