Bruno Senna couldn’t hide that he enjoyed driving the LMP1 at the Paul Ricard track during the Le Mans Series Test Days. He so joins Team ORECA-Matmut for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The Brazilian driver also enters the first two rounds of the Le Mans Series, in Barcelona and Spa with the team from Signes to get ready for Le Mans.
Born in Sao Paulo and second in GP2 in 2008 season, Bruno Senna will team up with Stéphane Ortelli, Le Mans winner in 1998, in car # 10. Its sister car # 11 keeps on with Olivier Panis and Nicolas Lapierre as last year.
For the second year of its “Défi Le Mans”, Team ORECA-Matmut has mixed experience and youth to build its pairs and relies on the four drivers’ speed to be successful with its in-house prototype.
The first round takes place at the circuit of Catalunya on coming-up April 4th and 5th.
