Young Driver AMR would like to bring the attention of motorsport fans to a special auction on eBay. Ray Toombs (www.raytoombs.com), the official painter of the ACO, has donated a special picture for the Allan Simonsen Memorial Fund. Young Driver AMR has decided to auction this picture on eBay.

Watercolour artist Ray Toombs is the official licensed painter for the 24h of Le Mans by the ACO. In a good tradition he paints every year a watercolour picture for the local Le Mans newspaper “Le Maine Libre”. Toombs donated a print of this picture, which is signed by 60 people connected to the race, to the Allan Simonsen Memorial Fund. The print is Nr. 90 of 200 according to the 90 birthday of the 24h of Le Mans this year.

The print measures 50 x 70 cm and is on 300gr paper. It’s hand numbered and also signed by Ray Toombs. Allan himself, all the Aston Martin Racing und Corvette Racing drivers and a number of team manager/owner as well as by Bruno Vandestick, the event commentator, are among the persons, who signed this print.
