Italia GT : Venturi and Postiglione get the two pole.

The Black Bull Swiss Racing’s driver proceeded Stefano Colombo in qualy one, while Ebimotors’ colors bearer led Giacomo Barri in the second session.

 

Ferrari VS Porsche, Venturi VS Postiglione. This is the motif that characterized the two qualifying sessions of the sixth round of the Italian GT Championship just finished at the circuit of Vallelunga.

 

Mirko Venturi, on the Ferrari 458 Italia of Black Bull Swisse Racing, topped the first session with a laptime of 1’34.639 proceeding the BMW Z4 (ROAL Motorsport) driven by Stefano Colombo (1’34.767) and the two drivers will therefore occupy the front row of race-1′s starting grid.

 

Behind them the Porsche GT3R (Ebimotors) of Luigi Lucchini (1’35.364) and the other BMW driven by Michela Cerruti (1’35.384), while Christian Passuti (Porsche GT3R-Antonelli Motorsport) who set a best time of 1’35.469 and Alex Frassineti (Audi R8 LMS-Audi Sport Italia) who completed the lap in 1’35494 will line up in third row.

 

In the second session Vito Postiglione, on the Porsche GT3R of Ebimotors, set a 1’34.379 and proceeded Giacomo Barri (Lamborghini Gallardo-Imperiale Racing) whose quickest time was a 1’34.661.

 

Second row of race-2 for Stefano Comandini (BMW Z4-ROAL Motorsport) in 1’34.762 and Johan Kristoffersson (Audi R8 LMS-Audi Sport Italia) who posted a 1’35.038, while the third row will be occupied by Michela Cerruti (1’35.455) and Tommaso Maino (Ferrari 458 Italia-Black Bull Swisse Racing) who completed his lap in 1’35.481.

 

Both poles of the GT Cup went to Mirko Zanardini (Lamborghini Gallardo-Bonaldi Motorsport), who was at the first race in the Italian GT. He posted a 1’39.057 in the first session and a 1’39.133 in the second one.
