On Tuesday 18.06.13 17h local time, parts of the Lotus T128 were seized. As there was some misleading information in this respect, it seems important to clarify that the seizure order has mainly been put aside on the pretention that the 2 Lotus T128 are now owned by a third party.
Following the seizure of the Lotus parts, really serious accusations against ADESS AG & its CEO Stéphane Chosse have been published.
We reject these accusations. We are confident to be able to give more information in due time.
