Taiwanese race team AAI Motorsports have confirmed their place on the grid in this year’s Asian Le Mans Series. The team will race a McLaren GT3 in the GTC category, as they stake their claim for the series title and entry into the 2014 Le Mans 24 Hours.
Mr Jun San Chen and his team have been very active and well regarded in the motorsports and car tuning industries in Taiwan and the Pan-Asia region for over a decade, frequently seen on the podiums of S.E.A.T.C.C., A.S.T.C., as well as numerous other Asian racing series. AAI’s entry of 2013 Asian Le Mans Series will not only open a new chapter of Jun San’s racing career and but also set a milestone for the participation of Taiwanese racing teams in Asian Le Mans Series.
