Team Kessel Racing is planning a three-car attack on the second Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi.

The crack Swiss team finished runner-up in the inaugural Gulf 12 Hours at Yas Marina. Its driver line-up up Philipp Peter, Michael Broniszewski, Vodafone Portugal CEO Antonio Coimbra and GT specialist Miguel Ramos, finished a heartbreaking 2.6s behind the winning Ferrari after spending a minute longer in the pits during the event.

The will team, founded by former F1 driver Loris Kessel, has formally confirmed two cars and is currently working to extend the entry to three Ferraris.

“Our whole team — drivers, engineers and mechanics are ready to give their best and look forward to returning to such a glamorous location,” said team owner Ronnie Kessel.
