ADR-DELTA successfully qualified their number 25 Oreca Nissan for this weekend’s 80th edition of the Le Mans 24-Hour Race during tonight’s first Official Qualifying Session.

John Martin (AUS), Tor Graves (THL) and Jan Charouz (CZE) took their turns during the two-hour session and the car was classified 9th in class LMP2, 21st overall at the fall of the chequered flag. Jan drove the opening period of the session before handing over duties to John and then Tor. For both John and Tor it was their first experience of the famous Circuit de la Sarthe in night conditions.

Tor Graves: “My time in the car was good. I only managed a couple of clear laps but everything went well and for my first time around Le Mans was a good experience.”

Alan Docking, Team Principal: “We are in a good position and can rest tonight knowing that we have a car that is working well and have three drivers who are in good form. We have some areas where we can improve on and will work on those during tomorrow’s sessions.”
