With collective tests of 11 and 12 March at Paul Ricard, it started officially the Glorax Racing motorsport season.

Paul Ricard (FRA). The fantastic French circuit of Paul Ricard was the place for the first official exit of Glorax Racing in the prestigious Blancpain Endurance Series. The two days of collective tests, with nearly 50 cars, have allowed the Swiss team directed by Rino Mastronardi to perform all tasks scheduled with the technical staff in front of the first race of the season at Monza. The optimal climatic condition allowed the team to work on the set up of the Ferrari 458 GT3 to concretize some solutions with more than satisfactory results. Three drivers alterned on board: Russian Andrey Birzhin, Greek Dimitrios Deverikos and also Rino Mastronardi. The team, which took over in late 2014 Blackbull Racing’s cars and technical staff, will attend the Blancpain Endurance Series with Birzhin and Mastronardi, with Deverikos pretty sure; ongoing negotiations with other drivers for a second car and for a seat at the Spa 24 Hours.

Rino Mastronardi: “The two testing days have represented a real set up for cars, team and drivers. In particular from race simulation, we understood we have a good level of overall performance”.

Andrey Birzhin: “I have a good experience in motocross, but car races need a different precision and consistency: with Mastronardi’s help, I’m trying to improve these two things. Because of this I’m very happy about two testing days because I drove with regularity and without any error”.
