Giorgio Sernagiotto and his team mate Roberto Lacorte completed 205 laps, 800 kms, in the Tatuus PY012 CN2 car in a two-day test at the Vallelunga track this week, looking forward the VdeV 6H of Barcelona scheduled for late March.
The Celadrin MSR Corse’s crew opted for Michelin hard compound tires and a VdeV coinfiguration engine (approx. 500rpm less than the free version), without encountering issues.
First day with sun, Lacorte managed to complete 66 laps as Sernagiotto set the fastest time of 1:33.379. The following day, with the track hit by the rain after the lunch-break the famous Italian singer Max Gazzè made his first ever appearance in the Tatuus. Max lapped and impressive 1:38s with the old tires.
“We also tested in Montmeló last February. The car is quite good. I am fully satisfied about the work we did”. – said Giorgio Sernagiotto.
