It ends before the expectations the weekend in Hungaroring land for Daniel Zampieri.

The equipment of the #101 covered only few meters of the Hungaroring races. Since the free practices, the Huracan of the Attempto Racing had some troubles in finding the right rhythm, between the complexities of the track to the doors of Budapest. At the end of the day of Friday, the Huracan occupies a position in the middle of the group and that position is confirmed by the qualifying sessions of Saturday morning. Daniel Zampieri and Patric Niederhauser had got used to incredible comebacks during the season. Unfortunately, due to a contact caused by an Audi at the beginning of the qualifying session, Daniel was forced to the withdrawal at the first bend. Weekend totally compromised, because in the Main Race the n°101 would have had to start from the last line. The Hungaroring is a track that does not favor the overtaking and that is why it would put forward a difficult race for the driver of the Junior Program of Lamborghini. A good warm up left on some hope. During the session of Monday morning, Daniel Zampieri and Patric Niederhauser gained the 12th position. The turning point is at the end of the session. A big technical problem prevented to the equipment of the Attempto Racing to draw up the car for the Main Race. Weekend ended before the expectations. The next appointment is at half of September on the German track of Nurburgring for another appointment of the Blancpain GT Series.

Daniel Zampieri:’ I am really disappointed with this weekend. Since Friday we did not reach the competitiveness that characterizes this group. The contact during the race of Saturday at once led me outside the games, but the performance during the warm up was encouraging. Unfortunately the problem of the car prevented our participation at the Main Race of Sunday.’
