This time in the 4 Hours of Le Castellet. Italian crew could celebrate their second positive result of the season on their second podium in a row. Italian crew was able to compete the fourth round of the European Le Mans Series after their prototype had suffered a gearbox problem in Saturday’s free practice sessions. The gearbox was replaced allowing Sernagiotto / Lacorte to qualify for Sunday’s race and then to reach another LMP3 podium in their first season in the new category.

Team principal Raimondo Amadio commented: “We are happy because this is a major achievement that makes us even more confident in view of the future challenges. During the race we did a great strategy job and the whole team was able to manage the pit-stops in the right way. Moreover, our drivers have been very consistent and reliable. We come back home with very important points for the championship”.
