After a short vacation period, Algarve Pro Racing is back on track with the driver line up of Micheal Munemann, James Winslow and Dean Koutsoumidis for two test session, preparing for its first race in the Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS) season, which will begin in November.

The Team is very excited about participating in the ALMS as James Winslow declares:

I’m super excited to be driving back in the Asian Le Mans Series this season, for many reasons. Driving at state of the art Formula 1 circuits is always enjoyable for a driver, plus this year I’m thrilled to be joining our European Le Mans team, Algarve Pro Racing Team, who are coming to Asia for the first time with their beautifully prepared Ligier LMP2. I’ll be driving alongside two great guys and good friends, Dean Koutsoumidis a close friend who I’ve coached for many years in Australia, who is making his international debut, and my Le Mans 24hr team mate from 2014 Michael Munneman. I can’t wait to get the season started.

There will be two weeks of intense work, which will begin with a test session to be held at Estoril Circuit on 25 and 26 August. After, the team moves on to Motorland Aragón circuit, where they test on 29 and 30 August.

Following, the team moves on to Paul Ricard Circuit for the 5th Race of the European Le Man Series, that will take place 5 and 6 September.
