After 201 days, the wait is finally over for racing fans: The ADAC GT Masters 2015 will start on April 24 in etropolis Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. On three racing days, 40 drivers will compete for the first victories of the season in supercars from eight different brands.

The 16 races will take place on eight weekends in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. For Marc Van Wesemael, CEO of EURid, the registry for .EU domains, this European approach offers the incentive for the partnership with InterNetX and Reiter Engineering. “.EU carries the European identity into the Internet as a dynamic and multilingual domain extension. We are deligthed to support this campaign as this is a perfect match for the international environment of the ADAC GT Masters”, says Marc Van Wesemael.

InterNetX, a subsidiary of United Internet AG, has been a permanent premium partner of Reiter Engineering since 2012. Hakan Ali, founder and CMO of InterNetX, sees a close connection between the IT industry and motorsports. “A race is all about performance, precision and perfectly timed processes”, says Ali. “In the same manner, all steps have to be planned and coordinated precisely when managing large domain and SSL portfolios or when planning server capacities. If you don’t deliver maximum performance every second, you’re going to be left behind.”

In 2015, Reiter Engineering will enter the competition with a new driving team: The former F1 pilot Tomáš Enge and General Motors factory driver Oliver Gavin will take over the cockpit. Hans Reiter, the owner of the tuning specialist, is setting clear goals for the racing series: “The Camaro GT3 proceeded to become a crowd favorite in the last two years. This is demonstrated by the high number of fans on our social media channels. We want to establish ourselves in the top field with the Camaro this year. We need to have the podium in visual range more often”, says Hans Reiter.

The SaReNi Camaro GT3, featuring a V8 motor and more than 600 PS, is also called the “The Beast” because of its unique sound. The Camaro has the largest cubic capacity among the participants with 7,883 ccm.

The brawny US fast car already demonstrated that it is a force to be reckoned with in the European racing series last year: In the 2014 season, Tomáš Enge achieved the top speed of 270.2 km/h among all participants in the Camaro.

The Qualifying will start on Friday, 24th of April 2015 at 16:55 CET. The starting signal will be given on Saturday and Sunday at 13.15 CET each. All races can be seen live on TV. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland SPORT1 will broadcast the races in full-length.
