« Competence.rt » , Michel Allard in agreement with « Project Libra racing » , Ian Dawson , are pleased to announce that Nicolas De Crem , the young and talented Belgian driver , will attend the Tudor USCC official tests in November .

 “Project Libra will be attending the 4 days of official Tudor USCC testing this month in Sebring (16 and 17) and Daytona (19 and 20) .

With the regulations for the LMP2 cars to be performance balanced with the DP Grand-Am cars , Project Libra feels that the Radical SR9 Roush Yates combination can be a credible performer as a true cost capped car.

Project Libra will use these tests to assist in series evaluation and is pleased to have Robbie Kerr Britain and Nicolas De Crem Belgium testing with us.

Both have great track records and if we have the option for a full series entry in 2014 , we would intend to see both drivers race with us .

The team will introduce and run under the RWB Vodka Brand (www.rwbvodka.com) at the tests and in 2014.”
