United Autosports have confirmed that Jody Firth will join them for the remainder of the 2013 season, as Richard Meins continues his recovery from an injury he sustained during testing at Oulton Park back in March. Jody is no stranger to United Autosports, having signed to drive for the team late last year before business commitments forced him to stand down.
Having taken the GT4 title in 2009, Firth competed in the British GT Championship with Team WFR during 2012 in the Ginetta GT3 car and has clearly demonstrated his readiness for a top line drive.
Jody will be supported during the 2013 season by Cybercig, a web based portal company who produce and supply electronic cigarettes in the UK. The electronic kits boast chemical, smokeless and tobacco free solutions. www.cybergig.co.uk
