Two difficult test days just finished for AF Corse. On the Paul Ricard track in France the team took part to the practice sessions of the Le Mans Series championship. A first step before the first race that will be the 10th of April always on the same circuit in Paul Ricard.
During these test days all of the seven drivers, that form the three crews running in the championship, had the possibility to run several laps. Especially the first day the weather wasn’t optimal, rain and wind were disturbing the aerodynamics, but the drivers were able to try the cars in all the possible ways and set ups. For the Argentineans drivers Luis Perez Companc and Matias Russo this test was an occasion to have a long practice and simulate the 1.000 Km race. For Giancarlo Fisichella and Jean Alesi driving on the circuit in Paul Ricard was essential to find the best feeling with the car. Instead Vilander, Bruni and Melo are concentrated with the 2010 set up of the F430.
Amato Ferrari is satisfied with the work done, not only for the optimal timings, better every time, but especially with the nice collaboration and feeling between team and drivers. This is very important to dispute a good season.
